Zephyr Yacht Management provides a specialised service aimed at yacht owners who do not require full time crew. The complexity of a modern luxury yacht is ever changing and owners may still need professional assistance in managing and protecting their investment.

Zephyr Yacht Management provides all the benefits of having a full time captain but at a fraction of the cost. The Zephyr management team provides packages that are tailor made to the requirements of each individual yacht owner from external wash down to organizing surveyors and warranty teams, thus allowing you to have peace of mind that your yacht is being maintained and operated to the highest standard at all times.

In addition Zephyr will also provide a fully qualified and experienced captain for any charters or pleasure cruises you require.

Gold Pack

Captain

Zephyr will organise a part-time Captain and crew for any of your voyages or charters. The Captain will be responsible for safety checks before disembarking, manoeuvring the yacht in and out of marinas, any off-shore cruising, securing the yacht once it arrives to its destination and washing the yacht down before leaving.

Cleaning

This will include a detailed wash down on the exterior and thorough cleaning of the interior on a weekly basis and prior to guests arriving.

Safety Checks

Zephyr will take responsibility for organising all safety procedures and ensuring all equipment is in date and correctly placed on board. Zephyr will ensure safety equipment is updated or replaced when necessary.

Maintenance

Zephyr Yachting will do weekly engine checks and monitor all engine hours so regular services can be organised when necessary.

Berthing

Zephyr will arrange berthing when possible for the duration of the yacht’s placement in the Mediterranean. Any berthing fees will be invoiced accordingly.

Management

Zephyr will organise any contractors needed for any maintenance or cleaning on board, fully provision the vessel and re-fuel the vessel before any guest arrival, removing any worries should you be arriving in the evening or simply wish to relax immediately upon your arrival.

Laundry

At the end of your voyage, Zephyr will arrange for any laundry to be washed, ironed and prepared for your next visit, this will include bed sheets/linen, towels, bathroom mats etc.

Delivery

Zephyr will deliver your yacht to your preferred destination, before you arrive. This will include the organisation of berthing where possible.

Itinerary

After informing Zephyr of the areas you wish to visit, Zephyr’s captain’s will arrange an itinerary for the duration of your trip to ensure you see and do all the places and activities you would like.

Training

Zephyr is also an RYA recognised training centre which offers many courses to professional and pleasure yachtsmen or women. If you wish to undertake any courses or training, Zephyr will offer 20% off all courses for 2 people.
